TRUTH TELLERS chronicles the lives of courageous Americans fighting for racial equity, environmental justice and indigenous rights through the eyes of Maine artist Robert Shetterly. Shetterly has painted over 255 portraits of truth tellers such as activists Zyahna Bryant, Kelsey Juliana and Rev. Lennox Yearwood, and Civil Rights leaders Fannie Lou Hamer, Frederick Douglas, and Congressman John Lewis.

This film event will include a lecture and Q+A with XYZ following the screening.
