Members' Show Submission 2024
We can't wait to see your latest work!
BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Make sure your JAC Membership is current. Your JAC Memberships can be renewed here.
Membership Fees: $25 Senior /Student | $35 Individual | $50 Family
Not sure if your membership is current? Inquiries regarding the status of your Membership should be directed to maddie@jamestownartcenter.org
Once your membership is up to date, please read all submission details below:
One work per member.
All materials are accepted but all artwork must be at or under 30 inches by 30 inches.
All work MUST:
Be original in concept and execution
Have been completed in the last two years
Be properly prepared for installation (all 2-D work must be wired; no sawtooth hangers)
Not have been shown previously at the Jamestown Arts Center
Work that weighs more than 50 pounds will need special consideration. Please call to discuss. We highly recommended that all works be for sale. The JAC reserves the right to refuse any work it deems unfit for inclusion in a community arts center setting.
The entry fee is $20.
If you would like your artwork to be for sale in the JAC online store, we have two options:
If you already have a photograph of your artwork, your image must meet the following criteria:
In .jpg format
Under 20mb in size
2500 pixels wide
Cropped square on white background
Optimal lighting
Please email this file to taylor@jamestownartcenter.org
If you do NOT already have a photograph of your artwork, we can help!For an additional $20, we will take a professional photograph of your artwork. You will be provided with a copy.
Please note that if your artwork is NOT FOR SALE, or you would not like to be listed on the JAC event store, you do NOT have to email the image or pay an additional fee for a professional photograph.

Please drop off your artwork at the JAC (18 Valley Street) during the following intake time:
Thursday, November 14: 11 AM—6 PM
Friday, November 15: 11 AM—3 PM
Saturday, November 16: 11 AM—3 PM
NO SUBMISSIONS PAST 3PM ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 16TH. NO EXCEPTIONS
Please note: the Members’ Show is open through the holidays this year, though if your artwork is a gift, you may pick it up on Saturday Dec 21, 11-3, otherwise artwork pick up will be held on Saturday, January 4, 11-3.
