Join Jesús and his daughter Maya as they share this beloved family tradition with you and your family.
You’ll learn how to make traditional chicken tamales and vegetarian versions during this fun, hands-on class. All you bring are your hands and an apron. We provide everything else needed to experience making these winter delicacies.
You'll take home half a dozen tamales! Come as a family, friend group, or on your own and learn how to make tamales together. Each person signed up will get their own 6 tamales, two recipes (traditional and vegetarian) and plenty of interesting tamal folklore and history.
